For my black history project I studyed Ernie Davis.Ernie was a professional football player and he was only a pro for one year.I learned that he was in our history and that he was born on the same day as me.
For my black history project I studied Lewis Howard Latimer. He is a famous inventor. I learned that he is famous for finding an improved method for producing carbon filaments for light bulbs. -S.V.
For me the black history month project was really fun for me to work on. i just hope that we do this project someday else. while i was doing this project i was really happy doing this project because i found lots of information about the person i was doing. this project was fun for me because i found information about william count basie being a famous person and being a very nice person. he became a leader of kancas city style swing band.i just hope we do this project someday else or do this project on every grade or when me and my brothers and sisters play school i will do research about more african american people.
